Prohibition of Demeaning the Leaders

It came in the Sunan of Tirmidhi that Aboo Bakrah رضي الله عنه said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ say:


" مَنْ أَهَانَ سُلْطَانَ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَهَانَهُ اللَّهُ ".

"Whoever demeans the sultaan (Leader) of Allaah upon the earth Allaah will humiliate him."

1. Tirmidhi 2225, Shaykh Al-Albaanee رحمه الله تعالى declared it Hasan.
